We are looking forward to the fall when we once again present the Brooklyn Book Festival Literary Marketplace on October 1st and our popular Children’s Day Book Market on September 30 in Downtown Brooklyn. We are currently sold out of spaces at the Brooklyn Book Festival Literary Marketplace on October 2nd and our Children’s Day Marketplace on October 1st. If you would like to be added to our waitlist, please register below. You will not be charged unless we can offer you a spot.

All spaces come with one 8’ table and two chairs for each booth.

Extra tables: $30 and chairs: $10

No more than three exhibitors may share a booth/table. The festival will accept only one application per table. That applicant must designate the company or companies with whom they are sharing the booth/table and assume the full payment.

Please note:

Exhibitors may not bring and use their own canopy.

*Exhibitors may not resell their space, part of their space, or charge authors to be represented at the Festival.

*Exhibitors must sell books or book related/literary materials, or represent a literacy program. You must be a bookseller, publisher, literary magazine, author or literacy organization.

*No refunds for cancellations after September 1, 2022. All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

*If the Brooklyn Book Festival needs to cancel due to ANY unforeseen circumstance – including government shutdowns – vendor fees already paid will be rolled over for next year’s festival, unless a request for refund is made within 21 business days of the cancellation notice.

*Applications are processed on a first come, first served basis, but does not guarantee your location.

Full payment is due with your completed registration form. Registrations are not considered complete unless payment has been received. Placement of exhibitors is determined by festival organizers and will be sent to you by August 25, 2022·

The Brooklyn Book Festival will take place rain or shine. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather.
