What does it mean for an APA writer to work with an APA editor? What does it mean for an APA-identified editor to work with another writer of color? What experiences have APA editors have in mainstream publishing houses versus in independent and ethnically-focused publishing spaces? These are questions that Asian American editors Yuka Igarashi (Graywolf Press), Jee Leong Koh (Gaudy Boy), and Neelanjana Banerjee (Kaya Press) will discuss, along with what could be changed to facilitate careers for a younger generation of professionals.
