Victor LaValle is the author of seven works of fiction and two graphic novels. His most recent novel is Lone Women. His novel, The Changeling, has been adapted for TV and will air on Apple TV+ in September 2023. He teaches writing at Columbia University. He lives in the Bronx with his wife and kids.
