The Artist Anubis is a spoken-word artist, producer/director, author/publisher, and creator of the Off-Broadway poetry play “What Would You Do,” presented at Times Square’s Anne L. Berstein Theater. As Founder and Executive Director of The Harlem Bomb Shelter, he supports a growing network of emerging urban artists. He has provided a platform for urban writers and poets throughout the five boroughs through workshops, showcases, resources, and providing performance venues, mentorship, and more. The Artist Anubis continues to use metered expression to speak life into the world and has recently published the anthology “My People Burn and Other Visions.”
