Stella Fiore is the inaugural Rutan-Becket Writer in Residence at Conference House Park and has been working since 2017 to bring literary arts programming to Staten Island. Cut + Paste, her live two-hour talk show highlighting the borough’s literary artists and professionals, ran for two years on Maker Park Radio. She holds an MFA in Writing from Sarah Lawrence College and is the recipient of fellowships from Vermont Studio Center and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts. For the past four years, Stella has organized a national group of writers participating in Lenka Clayton’s Artist Residency in Motherhood.
