Author of two collections of experimental fiction from Hanging Loose: The Empty Quarter (2000) and In Ordinary Time (2005); another collection, Ma Vie à Yonago, was published in 2005 in French translation by Hachette. Poetry appears in Postmodern Poetry: A Norton Anthology (second edition 2012), The Body In Language (Counterpath 2019), and I’ll Drown My Book: Conceptual Writing By Women (Les Figues 2012). Essays appear in The New York Times, New York Magazine/The Cut, the Paris Review, American Poetry Review. Most recent poetry collection is Greetings From My Girlie Leisure Place (Bloof Books 2015). Teaches at NYU and the New School.
