Sarah C. Haan writes at the intersection of corporate law and democracy, on subjects such as corporate governance, shareholder voting rights, and disclosure. Professor Haan’s scholarship has appeared in the Stanford Law Review, the Yale Law Journal, and other leading journals, and has been featured in The New York Times, ProMarket, and the Harvard Law School Forum on Corporate Governance. She currently serves as the Vice Dean and Sheridan Albert ’48 Professor of Law at Brooklyn Law School.
