Sara B. Franklin is the coauthor of The Phoenicia Diner Cookbook, and the editor of Edna Lewis: At the Table with an American Original. Her forthcoming book is about the life and work of legendary Knopf editor, Judith Jones; for which Sara received a 2020-2021 National Endowment for the Humanities Public Scholars fellowship. She teaches at the Gallatin School for Individualized Study at NYU, and lives with her twin children in Kingston, NY.
