Rollie Wesen is Executive Director of the Jacques Pépin Foundation (JPF), and an adjunct professor at Johnson & Wales University and Boston University. Chef Jacques Pépin’s son-in-law, Rollie co-founded the JPF with his wife, Claudine Pépin, in 2016 to expand access to culinary education and workforce training nationwide. A professional for over 20 years, Rollie has worked in kitchens around the world, ranging from small, independent eateries to large hotel operations to Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2019, Rollie earned his doctorate in Educational Leadership, focusing on culinary workforce development. He will represent Jacques Pépin, celebrating Jacques Pépin Complete Techniques 50th Anniversary Edition.
