Ricky Tucker is a writer, educator, and art critic based in NYC. He has written for the Paris Review, Lit Hub, MixMag, and Public Seminar, among others. He was chosen as a 2017 Lambda Literary Emerging Writer Fellow for creative nonfiction, a 2021 Writers House Pittsburgh Resident, and a 2022 Virginia Center for The Creative Arts resident. Tucker teaches Honors Creative Nonfiction at the New School, and has also taught at Pratt Institute, Monmouth College, and the University of Hartford. His L.A.
