Peggy Robles-Alvarado is an award-winning educator, poet, performer, playwright, and producer. She’s a Jerome Hill Foundation Fellow in Literature, a three-time International Latino Book Award winner, and BRIO award recipient. Her latest book, Burn Me Back (Four Way Books), was selected as the 2025 Booklist Editors’ Choice for Adult Poetry. She’s received fellowships from CantoMundo, Desert Nights, Frost Place, Ashbery Home School, and Dramatic Question Theater. Her work appears in The Breakbeat Poets Vol. 4: LatiNext, ¡Manteca!, and at Poets.org. Peggy’s featured at the Solfest and Dodge Poetry Festivals. She founded Robleswrites Productions Inc.
