Meera Subramanian is an award-winning freelance journalist and author whose work has appeared in publications such as The New Yorker, Nature, The Atlantic, Virginia Quarterly Review, and Orion, where she is a contributing editor. A National Geographic Explorer, Meera’s latest book is A Better World Is Possible: Global Youth Confront the Climate Crisis, a graphic novel about youth climate activists done in collaboration with illustrator Danica Novgorodoff.
