Marion Nestle is the Paulette Goddard Professor of Nutrition, Food Studies, and Public Health, New York University, Emerita in the department she chaired from 1988 to 2003. She holds a doctorate in molecular biology and a master's in public health nutrition from the University of California, Berkeley. She is the author of several prize-winning books about food politics, writes an almost daily blog at www.foodpolitics.com, and tweets @marionnestle. Her latest book is Let's Ask Marion: What You Need to Know About the Politics of Food, Nutrition, and Health.
