Margaret Chase, writer and theatre artist, delivers words for wonderment, transformation, and collaboration, whether from atop an industrial container or the Central Park Bandshell. She’s now writing Resurrecting Lady Dada, her fifth play. Pendulum, her edgy two-hander about mind games in the age of terror, was produced by Manhattan Repertory Theatre. She has a cochlear implant and declares that “It’s good to be bionic!” Margaret once sang “The Star-Spangled Banner” for 800 people on 15 minutes’ notice. She believes in cramming as many lives as possible into this earthwalk.
