Kate Davis is the Assistant Director of the Jersey City Free Public Library, where she helps lead one of New Jersey’s largest public library systems. She oversees systemwide operations, strategic initiatives, and organizational development while championing equitable access to library services and lifelong learning. A collaborative leader with a background in youth services and organizational leadership, Kate is passionate about building resilient library organizations and supporting staff through change. She holds a Master of Library and Information Science from the University of Denver and is currently completing Rutgers University’s Certified Public Manager program.
