Kat Savage is the managing librarian at Adams Street Library, Brooklyn Public Library’s newest branch, which is located directly below the Manhattan Bridge and serves the Dumbo, Vinegar Hill, and Farragut communities. She is a member of the Intellectual Freedom Committee at BPL and the New York Library Association (NYLA) and believes all individuals have the freedom to read what they choose.
