Ivy Noelle Weir is a writer of (mostly) comics. She is the author of The Secret Garden on 81st Street and Anne of West Philly (both Little, Brown Books for Young Readers) and the co-creator of the Dwayne McDuffie Award-winning graphic novel Archival Quality (Oni Press). She lives in the Philadelphia area with her husband and their two tiny, weird dogs.
