Fawn Walker Montgomery is an author, storyteller, writer, holistic wellness practitioner, conscious consultant, and longtime community organizer. She is the CEO of Fawn Walker Montgomery Consulting and Take Action Advocacy Group (TAAG). She writes blogs for TAAG, co-manages social media for Black Socialist Formation (BSF), and writes a column for the New Pittsburgh Courier focusing on social justice and Black voices. She also hosts TAAG’s Voices of Liberation podcast. Fawn has received the 2026 TAZ Book Award (First Place) for Self-Help Books; 2026 Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Community Service Award; 2024 Black Women Green Future Award; 2020 SiStars Leadership Award and the 2018 New Pittsburgh Courier Women of Excellence award.
