Erin Geiger Smith is a reporter and the author of Thank You For Voting and its companion young readers’ edition She has provided commentary on voting and elections on CNN, ABC, and other networks, and has been interviewed on multiple national radio shows and podcasts, including Dax Shepard’s Experts on Experts. She has written extensively for various publications including the New York Times and the Wall Street Journal, and was previously a legal reporter at Reuters. She began her career as an attorney, practicing litigation in Texas and New York. Erin lives in New York City with her husband and son.
