Caroline Reddy was born in Shiraz, Iran to an Iranian mother and a Ghanaian father. Her work has appeared in numerous journals such as Active Muse, Calliope, Grey Sparrow and Tupelo Quarterly Review, as well as anthologies such as Deep Overstock & Iranian Women Speak: Voices of Transformation (International Human Rights Arts Festival.) Her poem “A Sacred Dance” was nominated for Best of the Net by Active Muse in 2021. Her first book “Shake the Atmosphere to Reclaim an Empty Moment” is forthcoming (Pierrian Press.)
