Brad Vogel is author of the poetry collections Find Me in the Feral Pockets and Broad Meadow Bird. His poetry can be found in Evergreen Review; No, Dear; Smartish Pace; Second Coming; Freshwater Review; and Eel Pit; and has been set to music by multiple composers. Brad founded and coordinates NYC Poets Afloat, an annual residency and reading series aboard ships in New York Harbor, and the annual Gowanus Dawn Reading, part of the Brooklyn Book Festival. He leads programs at Brooklyn Museum, NYU, and The Center for Fiction. Brad serves on the Walt Whitman Initiative board and as Director of Special Projects at Judgy Baby, a Gowanus creative hub.
